If you carry a handgun or plan to, there are a few things you need to know, and this self defense handgun class is  designed to teach you.

You must know how to use the gun effectively. You need to know how to draw the weapon efficiently and safely. You also need to know how to use the gun while moving, so that you can create distance between you and the bad guy. Using a handgun in a defensive situation is not the same as standing in a range and shooting. This class will begin to give the skills you need to defend yourself successfully.

This self defense handgun class is 3 to 4 hours in length. Approximately one-third will be academic; the rest will be a practical application of the topics covered. Max students 8.

At the discretion of the instructors, students who are unable to handle their firearm safely will be dismissed from class for their protection and the safety of the other students.

Prerequisites

Students should be familiar with the safe and accurate use of their firearm and possess skills equivalent to those learned through successful completion of Top Gun’s Intermediate Handgun course. Speak with Instructor David Price to determine if you’re ready for this class.
